"The three-piece set World Words was written for the Concert Choir (SATB) of the Albuquerque Boy Choir after Mauldin's retirement as director. The words were paraphrased from the book Worldwords by Victor La Cerva, MD, HEAL Foundation Press (used by permission). The three movements are 'Nasha hozho' (Navajo: 'To Walk in the Beauty Way'), "Kairos" (Greek: 'Right Timing/Synchronicity') and 'Mitakuye oyashin' (Lakota: 'We Are Related to Everyone and Everything'). The full text is available at the composer's website (http://www.mmauldin.com). The piece is engraved and published by the composer."
